    Age 95, passed on August 28, 2019.  The public viewing will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2019, from 4 pm until 7 pm at Second Baptist Church, 301 S. Hamilton Ypsilanti, from 4 pm to 7 pm.  The Funeral Service will be on Friday, September  6, 2019, with the family hour at 10 am followed by the service at 11 am, at Second Baptist Church, Ypsilanti.  Burial will follow at United Memorial Gardens, Plymouth, MI.     I am saddened to hear of the loss of Deacon Reeves. As a young person at Second Baptist Church of Ypsilanti he was always one of my favorite people. He was a great man; kind and loving. He exemplified what it means to be a godly father, deacon, husband and friend to my parents, Lena and Thomas Mitchell. God bless you Celia, Todd, Leslie, Cheryl, and Terry. Be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. Let the memories that you all have with him be your source of comfort.

    I like say I have known the whole family all my life and Leslie and I have been close friends since kindergarden. Mr. Reeves will be truly missed,.
