God called his angel home to do his service. We are going to miss you. Love you Girl.

Julia was the "MOM" of Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office outreach crew. She had a heart of gold. She helped everybody in the community that needed help. She will be truly missing a lot! When I started working at the Sheriff's office she took me under her wings and showed me a lot. She was a very intelligent woman. When I think of the goodness of Jesus and all he has done for her, my soul cry's out hallelujah. Thank God for saving Julia. Now she's with the Lord smiling down on us. REST IN PEACE

I love your mother. She left a great impression on my life and many other lives. I pray that you'll lean on Jesus for your comfort and strength. God bless you.

The passing of Julia is a tremendous loss to WCSO and to the greater Washtenaw County community. Witnessing the joy on Julia’s face that comes from serving and helping others will be a lasting memory. She will forever be a part of the WCSO team. In all God’s glory!

I am SO sorry to hear about this! I took a class with this beautiful woman last year and learned so much from her stories and experiences. She was a great mind and a beautiful soul and she will be missed dearly! God bless you all!

Deepest condolences are forward to Juila's family and friends. Praying for you all during this difficult time. Juilla will be indeed missed in the Community! In Sympathy, Monica Ross-Williams - Ypsilanti Township Trustee

Julia! I will miss you lady! I'm talking to you as if you are right now here in the classroom with me. I will miss talking Afrocentric Politics with you. You, sharing your wisdom and life experience that the younger cats in the room just didn't understand. Gone too soon, but your legacy lives on in Ypsilanti and EMU! God must have need you, so take all that knowledge you got and let God give you wisdom now. You've earned it. ~ Miss you Lady...

Julia was a great person and a good friend. She inspired me to be a greater person. I will miss her. She made our class fun. I just found out; I'm so sorry I did not make the funeral in time. But she is in our hearts and may God be with her now and forever.

    My thoughts and prayers
