I only recently reacquainted with Clarence in Florida and I am so glad I did. It was wonderful to see him again after 60 years and especially to hear that magnificent laugh. I will remember it forever. Bless you Hawk. You were a good man!

To Donna Hollifield and family: Gloria and I are deeply saddened by Clarence passing. He was a friend to everyone he knew. He gladdened our hearts for many years. I have "never" seen him angry. It was such a privilege to know and love Clarence (the Hawk.) We will sincerely miss him and share in your loss. Please accept our condolences. We pray that you are comforted by the many fond memories that are his legacy to all. Charles and Gloria Lewis
