Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. Liz was a very dedicated worker in the vineyard of the Lord. It was such a joy working with her at Mt. Olive C.O.G.I.C. in Ypsilanti. I regretted hearing of her passing but realize to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Rest in Peace, Sister Liz. God bless the family and heaven smile upon you. Love and prayers. We were deeply saddened to hear of the sudden transition, I always admired Liz and her nonsense-straight forward personality,to me she was one of FINEST sisters of Mount Olive(Hawkins Street) Church of God in Christ clan. Certainly there was enough Holiness demonstrated in that church for all of us to see Jesus in peace. We had legendary and generational examples of saints serving the Lord, beginning with your parents. Please note that we are praying for the entire Edwards family during this difficult transitional time.To Kevin and the grand kids, you all will make it through this time. The loving arms of our God will comfort and sustain you. Stay encouraged. Kenney Jenkins
