I would like to express my sincere condolence for the loss of your loved one. May you find comfort during this time of mourning, in persistent prayers, as "the peace of God that excels all though will guard your heart and your mental powers." (Philippians 4:6,7) I certainly hope that comfort you find in the Scriptures make a difference at this time.

Please accept my condolences. John 5:28,29 gives us the wonderful hope of a resurrection; sicknesses will be done away with according to Isaiah 33:24; and Revelation 21:4 promises that soon death will be a thing of the past. I pray this gives family and friends a measure of comfort as it does me. For more comforting thoughts please visit JW.org.
